It was found out that Richard Finley, Melendez’ substance abuse counselor, had taken part in the criminal deals of Melendez. This man served more than 10 years for the Cape Vincent prison. Finley helped him to sell anabolic steroids outside the prison. This resulted in his arrest in November 2011. It happened when the substance abuse counselor had caught during selling anabolic steroids to a person in a certain car lot.
Melendez sent his substance abuse counselor to deliver certainforbidden preparation to a client. The purchase was made in a certain shopping centre.
