Ismael Melendez was sentenced to 9 years in jail for weapons’ charge in 2005. He was an inmate there. Recently This man was accused in selling anabolic steroids. This man promoted distribution of illegal medicines inside and even outside the prison in New York. This person faces charges of prison contraband, illegal possession of illegal preparations and criminal possession of syringes.
It was found out that Richard Finley, Melendez’ substance abuse counselor, had taken part in the criminal deals of Melendez. This man served more than 10 years for the Cape Vincent prison. Finley helped him to sell anabolic steroids outside the prison. This resulted in his arrest in November 2011. It happened when the substance abuse counselor had caught during selling anabolic steroids to a person in a certain car lot.
Melendez sent his substance abuse counselor to deliver certainforbidden preparation to a client. The purchase was made in a certain shopping centre.

The substance abuse counselor told the investigators why he helped Melendez . The inmate promised to give him HGH and 1500 dollars. This resulted in a suspension of Finley from his work without any pay. Thus, this person lost the well-paying work. It is known that Finley earned over 52, 000 dollars per year.
Melendez was transferred to another jail. This person continues to serve his sentence.
