He has to stay two years in a prison. Since Berza’s wife is pregnant, he will miss the birth of his first child. Moreover, his mother is very ill. It is spoken that she is close to her death. Recently law enforcement took 12,000 dollars from the bank accounts of Berza and Gass. It was known that the money was made by illegal steroids selling. That’s why it is quite naturally that Berza seemed to be in confusion.
Todd Clemons confirmed on judge that there was no any harm of taking of the steroids which were sold by Berza and his partners. The buyers of the steroids were just young men who purchased and took steroids to enhance their bone and muscle volume.
