Treasure Coast Pharmacy was claimed to be one of the biggest producers of anabolic steroids. Undoubtedly, it had to distribute its preparations; that’s why it couldn’t act separately from clinics, prescribers and users. So, it is known that Treasure Coast Pharmacy was straightly linked with two health centres which were located in the same location. A Sebastian clinic is also included. Its owner was Dr. Timothy Sigman.
It is known that 3 persons had got essential roles in Treasure Coast Pharmacy. The owner of this Pharmacy was Peter Del Toro.
Jaclyn Rubino, the pharmacy worker, sold steroids, HGH and prescriptions to different people over internet or telephone.
Richard Del Toro, the top manager of this Pharmacy was straightly connected with the Sebastian clinic of Timothy Sigman. The vice president of Treasure Coast Pharmacy participated in its management.
According to the investigators, the receptionists, the office manager and doctors were employed to sell various medicines, including HGH and anabolic steroids.
Recently Del Toro, the owner of Treasure Coast Pharmacy, Rubino, the employee of this Pharmacy, Sigman, the owner of a Sebastian health centre and some other people were arrested by the DEA.
Except for main managers, more than ten workers united with Treasure Coast Pharmacy are charged in selling of HGH, steroids and pain pills.
The owner of the Pharmacy is is charged in imports of steroids from China.
The state Department of Health ordered to stop activity of the pharmacy. Peter Del Toro forfeited pharmacist license.
Peter Del Toro could be sentenced to 20-year imprisonment.
It is suspected that Treasure Coast Pharmacy sold a lot of steroids and HGH. Peter Del Toro filled more than 80% of the prescriptions. According to the orders, these medicines were as well transported to certain other areas.
Treasure Coast Pharmacy was also connected with clinics owned by Forgione. Now the owner is in a federal prison.
